CANCELATION POLICY


We deeply appreciate the hard work of our stylists, estheticians, and nail technicians, and we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the salon at least 48 hours in advance (voicemail is available for after-hours).

Should you miss two appointments without a valid reason, we will require a credit card to be kept on file. In the event of a third missed appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card.

CREDIT CARD POLICY


Effective February 1st, 2025, a 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments to help cover the increasing costs of credit card processing.

Please Note:
There will be no additional fees for payments made with debit cards or cash.
